We are deeply grateful for your continued support and involvement in Peace & Nature’s activities. This year, we welcomed many international students, university students, and corporate participants who joined us to experience sustainable agriculture, food, and the environment through our Nature School and SDGs workshops. We are also working on renovating our OZO Base to accommodate even more young people in the future.

As climate change, wars, political and economic shifts continue globally, our environment is undergoing significant transformations. This is why we are committed to strengthening our community and growing the circle of people who share our vision. And now, the time has come for our annual Christmas party!

This year is extra special, as our Founder, Bahram, and Office manager, Kan-san, will both be celebrating their 60th birthdays. We would be honored if you could join us in celebrating this milestone alongside our Christmas festivities. Whether you have been with us for a long time or are new to our community, we warmly invite you to be part of this special event!

Date: Saturday, December 14th, 2024

Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (End of clean-up around 4:00 PM)
Registration: From 11:30 AM (For those able to help, please gather at 9:00 AM)
Capacity: Up to 50 participants (Open to P&N members, corporate members, students, and related parties)
Cost: Free
Event will be held rain or shine.

Format: Potluck style. Please bring one dish (enough for 5 people) and your own drinks (alcohol is OK!). *If you plan to drink alcohol, please refrain from driving. We will provide snacks, but since it’s lunchtime, we kindly ask that you bring a dish to share. If you are unable to bring food, a 2,000 yen fee will be collected at the registration desk. Thank you for your understanding.

NPO法人Peace & Nature（以下：P&N）は、参加者の皆さんが有意義かつ安全に活動できるよう最善を尽くしますが、参加される皆さんご自身にも、下記の注意点をご了承いただき、「参加同意書」の提出をお願いしております。今後も楽しく、子どもたちや皆さんと一緒に活動を続ける為にも、注意事項の内容をご理解いただき、同意をした上で、各自が責任を持ってご参加ください。

『注意事項』Please Accept

1. 小さなお子様をお連れの保護者もしくは引率者のみなさまは、事故防止のためお子様から目を離さないようお願い致します。活動中は常に一緒に行動してください。ケガなどされた場合は、自己責任となりますのでご注意ください。Parents or caregivers with small children are requested to keep an eye on them to prevent accidents. Please keep your children with you at all times during the activity. Please note that you will be responsible for any injuries that occur.

2. 活動をする際は、カマやハサミなどの刃物や道具を使う場合があります。特に小さいお子様が挑戦される場合は、取り扱いも含めてご家族が必ず付き添ってください。Please be aware that you may be required to use cutting tools such as shears and scissors during the activities. Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult family member.

3. 活動中にスタッフが写真やビデオの撮影を行います。ウェブサイトやフェイスブック、またチラシなどに掲載させていただく場合がございます。掲載が難しい場合は、活動前にスタッフにお知らせください。 Staff will take photos and videos during the activity. We may post them on our website, Facebook page, flyers, etc. If you do not wish to be photographed or videotaped, please let our staff know before the activity.

4. 荷物や貴重品は各自で管理してください。 Please take care of your belongings and valuables by yourself.

5. 全てのイベント・ワークショップは禁煙です。 Smoking is not permitted at all events and workshops.

6. 活動に参加される方には、メンバー登録及びボランティア保険の加入をお願いしておりますが、ノンメンバーで参加ご希望の方や、事故の態様によっては必ずしも満足いく補償が得られるわけではない場合を考慮し、ご心配であれば各自で保険にご加入することをお勧めします。In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this matter, both parties agree to settle such dispute through discussion in good faith, but in the unlikely event of a lawsuit, the Kobe District Court shall be the court of first instance.

最後になりますが、P&Nは、皆さんと一緒に楽しい活動を続けたいと思っています。その為には、皆様のご理解とご協力が必要です。メンバーや参加者の皆様も、共に楽しい時間を作って頂けますように、各自が考え、工夫していただければ有り難いと思います！どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。Lastly, P&N hopes to continue to enjoy our activities together with you.
